Saturday morning arresting random people in Santa Monica using SafeWrap, and Sergio was sitting on his bike watching for hours without volunteering, so we had to approach him.
Turns out of all the people we arrested that morning, he was the most resistant. He wanted the $1,000 cash prize the most and really believed he could get out.
